- 3 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Whole Wheat Flour
- ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Rye Flour
- ½ cup Organic Applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Carraway Seeds
- 1½ cup Organic Almond Milk (Can also sub with coconut milk)
- 1 cup Dried Fruit (optional) (Organic raisins, organic chopped apricots, or organic currants)
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add milk.
Stir thoroughly.
Shape into a loaf and carefully score the top with a lame.
Bake on a cast iron pan at 350 °F for one hour.
